Prayers
When will my prayers
be answered?
When will my prayers be answered?
I often wonder, but I wait patiently!
Prayers are powerful tools,
But they are not hard to do.
Anyone can pray, no matter who you are.
You can say them in bed, in the car or even outside.
I like to say my prayers kneeling beside my bed.
There is no end; prayer is always something
You can turn too.
Prayers can be relaxing when youre having a bad day.
Its always nice to know there is someone to talk to.
Many dont believe in prayer but they will never stop me.
Too many people believe in the wrong things,
And do bad deeds.
I know I cant stop that, but I will pray.
When will my prayers be answered?
There is too much hatred in the world,
So I will pray for the world!!!
When will my prayers be answered?
I realize many of my prayers may take a lifetime to be answered,
But I will continue to prayalways and forever!
I dont care what everyone else does because
I want to do the right thing.
To me, prayer is a good start.
The way the world is now, we need to pray.
As long as there are people, there will always be prayer.
And they too may need your prayers.
Keep praying, someday your prayers maybe answered!
Dont give up, I always say.
But the thought still lingers in my mind
When will my prayers be answered?

A Special Prayer
From: P. Fedorovich
I am sending you a prayer my son, Frankie, found on a prayer card when he was 9 years old. He made a special effort to share it with
me by copying it onto a piece of paper and giving it to me. He was very proud of his effort because at the time he was having a difficult
time with his writing skills. Frankie is doing great now, by the way! God is so good!
Wake Up Prayer
Good Morning God, in Heaven above.
Bless me now with all Your love.
Be by my side throughout the day,
at work, at school, at home, and play.
Help me do the things I'm told
so my parents won't have to scold.
Help me be a cheerful friend,
whose always ready to lend and bend.
Good morning, God. Help me to see
the beautiful world you've made for me!
Poems and Prayers from St.
Andrews
I really enjoyed your web site. It is a wonderful for children.
I am one of three RE teachers for the 2nd grade at St. Andrews at Andrews
AFB, MD.
We asked our children to write prayers and we were hoping you would
post them on your web site. They all did such a wonderful job, and we are
so
proud of them. They are making their First Communion this Saturday,
May 3rd, 2003 at St Andrews. It has been a tough last few months with some
parents being deployed overseas. We would really appreciate if you could
post any
or all of these wonderful prayers our children wrote from their hearts...
Thank you and God bless!
